About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Business Enablement & Program Delivery to build and lead our delivery function at a pivotal moment of growth. This role is both architect and operator. You will establish the structure, tools, and operating model for how we deliver work across the company, while also stepping in to lead critical, cross-functional programs. This role requires strong ownership, a bias toward action, and the ability to solve complex problems in real time. Your first priority will be driving the execution of our AI intelligence platform, a high-impact initiative that sits at the center of our next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in program management, operations, or delivery leadership
  • Proven experience building or transforming a PMO or delivery function
  • Strong operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs (ideally in tech, platforms, or AI)
  • Track record of bringing structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
  • Natural problem solver with a bias toward action. Able to take loosely defined problems, bring structure, and drive to resolution without needing constant direction

Responsibilities

  • Stand up and formalize the program delivery function (PMO)
  • Define operating cadence, governance, and decision-making frameworks across teams
  • Establish a single source of truth for program and project visibility
  • Implement scalable tools, templates, and reporting standards
  • Develop clear prioritization frameworks aligned with company objectives
  • Serve as program lead for the launch of our AI intelligence platform
  • Drive end-to-end execution across functions, including requirements intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning
  • Identify risks early, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  • Ensure strong alignment across leadership and operating teams for a successful, timely rollout
  • Bring structure and clarity across multiple operating companies and business units
  • Translate strategy into executable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes
  • Lead weekly and monthly operating rhythms to track progress and performance
  • Elevate key issues, trade-offs, and decisions with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Hire, mentor, and develop program managers as the function grows
  • Establish best practices, templates, and repeatable delivery processes
  • Continuously improve how we plan, execute, and deliver work across the organization
