About The Position

Methodist Transitional Care is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our HMG Team!

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Expectations:

Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• College graduate or College experience preferred
• At least 2 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required.
• Long term care/SNF experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Performed bedside evaluations.
• Experience working with hospital case managers.
• Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent time management skills

Nice To Haves

• College graduate or College experience preferred
