We are in search of a driven and results-focused individual to join our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the design, engineering, and fabrication of custom modular or skid based process systems in the energy market. This role requires a strong understanding of multiple market segments and demonstrated history of selling complex custom processing systems and equipment into these markets. In many instances, these are first of a kind (FOAK) systems. The targeted segments include: Hydrogen, Battery, Alternative Fuels, Nuclear, and Carbon Capture. This is a great opportunity for an impactful role, one in which you will enjoy considerable autonomy and variety. The Director of Business Development is an integral part of the growing team responsible for new business development and client relationship management. You will work closely with technical experts during the entire business development process from identifying target clients to securing contracts for engineering development and/or manufacturing and nurturing ongoing relationships with existing clients. The position requires a highly motivated, “roll-up your sleeves” professional fluent in engineering, materials, manufacturing, and client relations. This is a very hands-on role requiring an individual that is comfortable developing strategy, prospecting and developing relationships, and progressing deals through to closure.
