We’re looking for an experienced Director of Business Development – West to help accelerate our growth across the Western U.S. utility market. If you have deep powerline industry experience, strong relationships with utilities and municipalities, and a track record of turning $20M business lines into $50M+ performers, we want to talk. What You’ll Do Drive Growth — Lead regional strategy to expand our power delivery business, with a focus on transmission, substation, and distribution opportunities. Build Relationships — Engage key leaders in IOUs, cooperatives, public power, and local municipalities across the West. Grow Revenue — Generate leads, shape bid opportunities and win strategic projects to scale annual revenue beyond $50M+. Develop Pipeline — Build a strong portfolio of pursuits aligned with market demand and operational capabilities. Collaborate — Work closely with estimating, operations, and leadership to position us competitively on every pursuit. Represent the Brand — Attend industry events, present capabilities, and be the face of our organization in the Western market.
