The Director of Business Analysis is a strategic leader responsible for aligning business needs with technology initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this role leads the Business Analysis function, overseeing business process improvement, digital transformation planning, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure IT investments deliver measurable business value. This individual will drive a team of business analysts in identifying operational inefficiencies, defining system requirements, and delivering actionable insights to accelerate enterprise performance.
