About The Position

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on brand leader to define and amplify how the world sees and engages with our company. You’ll own the strategy and execution of building a category leading brand that attracts demand, fuels the pipeline, and accelerates growth. This includes everything from our upcoming rebrand to content, PR, design, and community initiatives. Your mission: make our story impossible to ignore. You’ll turn our differentiators into narratives and creative campaigns that open doors, generate interest, and create momentum across our go-to-market motion. You’ll partner closely with product marketing and growth teams to ensure our brand not only inspires but also drives measurable outcomes in awareness, engagement, and revenue. This is both a strategic and executional role - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commercial impact. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate across marketing, sales, and product, and bring bold, fresh ideas that make people want to know us, talk about us, and buy from us.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing OR communications OR creative leadership - must
  • Experience from a SaaS or high-growth startup - must
  • Proven success in leading rebrands or large-scale brand initiatives.
  • Experience managing creative, content, and PR teams- must
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling and integrated marketing.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative briefing skills.
  • Deep understanding of how brand supports GTM and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a brand that drives demand. Translate brand awareness into measurable engagement, inbound interest, and sales pipeline growth.
  • Define and position our company as the category leader by sharpening our narrative, shaping the conversation in the market, and ensuring we own the space we’re creating.
  • Develop a unified brand strategy that connects storytelling, content, PR, design, and community into a cohesive engine that fuels our go-to-market efforts.
  • Create bold, high-impact brand activations that continue to spark attention, generate buzz, and convert awareness into curiosity and action.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, growth, and sales to ensure brand initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Own PR and communications strategy to shape the industry narrative to build credibility and influence key decision-makers.
  • Innovate new ways to get noticed including experimenting with unconventional ideas, partnerships, and creative formats to drive earned and owned reach.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow the brand team by guiding design, content, and communications talent toward creative excellence and business impact.
