We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand strategy and execution for Backcountry and Competitive Cyclist . This leader will shape how our brands show up across all customer touchpoints — from social to events, from athlete partnerships to campaigns — and ensure we build authentic connections with core outdoor and cycling communities. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and loyalty through integrated marketing strategies that inspire and grow our customer base. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader with deep experience in brand storytelling, partnerships, and go-to-market execution within premium, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands. You will manage a high-performing team while partnering closely with merchandising, creative, eCommerce, and performance marketing teams. This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team. This position will report into the VP of Marketing.
