About The Position

The Director of Brand and Socials defines the creative direction, content strategy, and brand identity for hotel properties and restaurants across digital platforms. They drive awareness, engagement, and bookings by overseeing social media, influencer partnerships, and content calendars to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand voice. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and strategic leader - someone who can concept, guide, and evaluate ideas through the lens of both cultural impact and performance data. As part of a high-performing team, this leader fosters collaboration, innovation, and creative excellence while navigating a complex stakeholder environment with confidence and agility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in social media, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong content creation skills (iPhone proficiency), understanding of platform trends, and experience with social media management/reporting tools.
  • Experience managing agency partners and leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop portfolio and property social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create, define, and maintain consistent brand identity, voice, and guidelines across all social channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee the editorial calendar, content creation, and high-end, on-site photography/videography.
  • Develop a "content machine" that highlights rooms, food & beverage, and events.
  • Use data to measure ROI, engagement, and reach, optimizing campaigns to drive bookings.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs.
  • Manage community engagement, tone of voice, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor social trends and cultural shifts to ensure the brand remains competitiveServe as a creative and strategic leader modeling collaboration, curiosity, and excellence in every interaction.
  • Mentor and inspire peers, agencies, and emerging talent to strengthen creative craft and strategic thinking across all workstreams.
