About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact Director of Base Tenants & FBO Relations to lead and scale one of our most strategic revenue channels across our national airport and private aviation footprint. This is a senior, revenue-driving leadership role focused on building long-term, trust-based relationships with base tenants—including FBOs, hangar operators, charter companies, flight departments, and aviation service providers—and converting those relationships into sustained VIP Services partnerships. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own the base-tenant revenue channel end to end, design and launch a formal residency program, and enable internal teams to consistently grow and retain high-value aviation partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, brand alliances, sponsorships, or business development
  • Proven success closing complex, high-value partnership deals
  • Strong negotiation, financial, and contractual acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term revenue through relationships—not transactional sales
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging senior aviation and high-net-worth stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Ability to travel extensively. by air across the US.
  • Ability to work variable hours as required
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in private aviation, luxury services, hospitality, premium transportation, or adjacent industries
  • Background in integrated marketing, sponsorship activation, or partnership marketing

Responsibilities

  • Base Tenant Relationship Leadership
  • Identify, map, and prioritize base tenants across all operating locations nationwide
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with aviation partners
  • Position the company as the preferred luxury ground transportation provider for base tenants
  • Own accountability for base-tenant engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Revenue Growth & Strategy
  • Convert base tenants into long-term, recurring VIP Services clients
  • Develop customized engagement strategies by tenant type, market, and aviation activity
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue contribution
  • Use data to refine strategy and drive measurable growth
  • Residency Program Creation & Ownership
  • Design, build, and launch the company’s Go Residency Program, including:
  • Program structure, value proposition, and service standards
  • Enrollment criteria, pricing, and benefits
  • Internal workflows and external-facing materials
  • Lead national rollout and serve as the internal subject matter expert
  • Continuously optimize the program based on results, feedback, and market trends
  • Team Enablement & Training
  • Partner with operations, sales, and on-site teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Train teams on identifying base-tenant opportunities and conducting value-based conversations
  • Provide tools, playbooks, and best practices to scale success beyond individual relationships
  • Influence without direct authority to drive alignment and results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership, operations, marketing, and sales to align initiatives with company objectives
  • Advocate internally for base-tenant needs while protecting service quality and luxury standards
