About The Position

Lead a team of professionals in creating memorable events and experiences for our guests. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional to orchestrate and deliver exceptional service. Be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution and exceed expectations through creativity, planning, staffing, training, and communication. Cultivate relationships with clients, understand their event needs, and collaborate closely to tailor experiences that exceed their expectations. Ensure the highest standard of service, food, quality, and presentation representative of ARC. Manage banquet budgets, cost control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting. The starting pay range for this position is $902,000-$112,000/yr. This is the pay range for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within banquet operations or event management in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities with demonstrated capability of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving high standards.
