Manage banquet budgets, cost control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
The starting pay range for this position is $902,000-$112,000/yr. This is the pay range for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within banquet operations or event management in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities with demonstrated capability of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving high standards.
