As we continue expanding our Philadelphia presence, we are looking for a senior leader to help shape the market, strengthen client relationships, and grow our regional impact. We are seeking an experienced architectural leader who is equally comfortable developing client relationships, leading teams, and guiding design direction. This is a seller-doer leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being highly engaged with clients, projects, and team development. You will work closely with firm leadership and our design-build partners to pursue opportunities, deliver exceptional projects, and build a strong, collaborative team in the Philadelphia market.
