Requirements

Experience leading ancillary or clinical healthcare services
Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
A collaborative, relationship-driven leadership style
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on problem solving
A passion for rural healthcare and community impact
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or a related field required.
Minimum three years leadership experience required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in business or operational management or other supervisory experience required; broad knowledge of process and system improvement.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with operational networks preferred.
Possess a strong business acumen.
Ability to allocate authority and/or task responsibility to appropriate people and possess the skills to encourage others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.
Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
