The Director of Amazon and Marketplace is a dynamic leader responsible for the strategy, growth, and operational execution of BIG’s marketplace businesses, operating as a shared service team across the portfolio brands. The primary focus of this role will be ownership of the Amazon ecosystem and social shops. This role will sit within the eCommerce Department and will partner closely with DTC teams to drive revenue, profitability and strategy alignment to overall brand strategy and channel differentiation. Director of Amazon and Marketplace will oversee end to end operations with strategies to accelerate growth while protecting our brand equity and pricing integrity. This role will be hybrid in our Los Angeles office with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite. Base: $155-165K (pending experience) Bonus Eligibility: 10% Annually
