About The Position

We are seeking a Director of AI Solutions Revenue to lead enterprise revenue growth while serving as a credible technical partner to our clients. This leader will own revenue generation, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and actively collaborate with prospects to architect AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems. This role is ideal for a commercially driven operator with an engineering background who can move seamlessly between the boardroom and the whiteboard. You will play a critical role in scaling revenue, refining go-to-market strategy, and positioning our AI capabilities as mission-critical enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, AI solutions, technical consulting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of closing complex six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue from early-stage or low baseline growth environments
  • Experience elevating and selling from emerging or less-established brands
  • Strong engineering or technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to confidently workshop technical architectures with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, enterprise integration, and data platforms
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams

  • Prior experience as an engineering leader (e.g., VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Technical Founder)
  • Founder or CEO experience, with firsthand understanding of building, scaling, and positioning technology-driven businesses
