About The Position

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Leader to spearhead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence across our growing innovative organization. This leader will set the vision, establish ethical and policy standards, and ensure our IT infrastructure and data strategy are prepared to support advanced AI initiatives. Serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on data scientist, this role will guide the company in leveraging AI for productivity, content generation, and product development efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure that AI adoption enhances human capability, aligns with company values, and drives sustainable competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in STEM or similar discipline (Masters preferred)
  • Proven experience in AI/ML strategy, implementation, and data science (manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong technical foundation in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy with execution—comfortable in both boardroom and code.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s AI strategy in alignment with overall business goals and company Flywheel.
  • Establish AI ethics and policy frameworks, ensuring responsible and transparent use of AI technologies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and long-term impacts.
  • Ensure IT and security infrastructure meet evolving standards for AI adoption, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance.
  • Partner with IT teams to maintain scalable, secure, and resilient platforms for AI integration.
  • Lead efforts to organize, cleanse, and structure enterprise data to maximize value from analytics and AI tools.
  • Design models and systems for predictive analytics, process optimization, and manufacturing innovation.
  • Translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Champion organization-wide AI literacy, training employees to use AI tools productively and responsibly.
  • Develop tailored training programs for teams to integrate AI into daily workflows.
  • Foster a culture of innovation where AI augments—not replaces—human expertise.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI into product development, from design to quality control to preventative maintenance.
  • Drive the use of AI in content creation and automation to enhance communication, training, and marketing efforts.
  • Partner with R&D, operations and corporate back office teams to apply AI solutions for process improvements.
