About The Position

Totino-Grace High School, a premier Catholic, Lasallian high school committed to academic excellence and the formation of the whole person, seeks a full-time Director of Admissions to lead all recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts. This is a year-round position. The Director of Admissions works with the President to coordinate and oversee all admission-related events. The Director has full responsibility for enrollment management and plays a key role in welcoming new families into the Totino-Grace community. The Director ensures enrollment goals are met through strategic leadership, relationship building, and mission-centered outreach. The Director must effectively communicate and sell the value of the Totino-Grace experience to prospective families, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the enrollment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Admissions Strategy & Enrollment Management Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-informed admissions and enrollment strategy aligned with school goals.
  • Manage all phases of the admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment, including schedule of publications, mailings, open houses, scholarship events, shadow days, placement exams, interviews, and decision notifications.
  • Manages database of student prospects.
  • Manages admissions budget.
  • Works with the academic office to decide who is accepted and under what conditions.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to set and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Partner with the finance office to support tuition assistance and financial aid processes.
  • Marketing & Outreach Along with the Marketing and Communications Director, create and execute targeted marketing plans across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Build strong relationships with Catholic elementary schools, parishes, youth programs, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate recruitment events such as open houses, information sessions, campus tours, and school fairs.
  • Oversee admissions-related content on the school website, promotional materials, and communication campaigns.
  • Family Engagement & Relationship Building Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families.
  • Cultivate partnerships with principals, pastors, and religious educators at feeder schools.
  • Engage current families, alumni, volunteers, and ambassadors in recruitment efforts to support a welcoming and informed admissions experience.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Utilize the school's data systems to track inquiries, applications, conversions, and yield trends.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights for the President and the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor market trends and demographics to guide strategic enrollment planning.
