Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Director of Accounting to join our team! This role will plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the financial integrity, operational efficiency, and technological reliability of the community. This position is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls, while also serving as the primary on‑site leader for information systems, data security, and technology coordination. You are excited about this opportunity because you will… Provide financial leadership and oversee all accounting operations in accordance with GAAP, internal policies, and management company requirements. Ensure the timely, accurate preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and analyses. Oversee resident billing processes across all services including monitoring accounts receivable, aging reports, and collections. Partner with leadership in the development of the annual operating and capital budgets, while monitoring, analyzing, and making recommendations. Support long‑range financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and reserve funding strategies. Coordinate all activities including audits, cost reports, tax filings, and required regulatory submissions. Act as the on‑site leader and primary point of coordination for financial systems, business applications, and information technology resources, while partnering with the management company, IT Supervisor, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations. Ensure technology supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and resident service excellence.
