Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a Director of Accounting & Billing to lead our finance operations, elevate our financial processes, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. In this critical leadership role, you will get to oversee accounting, billing, and accounts payable operations while serving as a key strategic partner to leadership across the organization. You will get to lead the development of financial processes, enhance internal controls, support key audits, and implement technology-forward solutions, including automation and AI, to improve workflows and reporting. The environment is a hybrid work setting, working as needed in our Aurora office, and/or off-site locations. The position will require motor vehicle travel, as necessary.
