This role focuses on building strong, long-term client relationships and driving retention and revenue growth. The Director will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure client success. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong customer-centric mindset. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth.
