About The Position

Brookings Health System is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing to join their team at the Neighborhoods at Brookview. This role provides clinical leadership to the organization, ensuring the mission, vision, and values are supported. The Director participates in planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating the clinical operations of all households to ensure regulatory compliance, foster a person-centered and resident-directed culture, strengthen the ability of households to function as effective homes, and promote individual and team learning. Brookings Health System is a non-profit, city-owned health system dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, personalized health care to local communities, with team members working collaboratively across disciplines.

Requirements

Associates Degree required
Must be a registered nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of South Dakota
5 years previous long term care experience
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and management

Bachelors/Masters preferred
