About The Position

Overview of Position The Director, Service Network Capacity – Connected Living is responsible for the Dispatch Decisioning and Rules across various Service Delivery Platforms and support of all In-home Service Delivery Campaigns and Channels. This role will partner with the Director of Network Strategy, Director Operations, and Third-Party Dispatch Platform Provider to ensure availability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness specific to the Assurant Third-Party Service Network. This position is expected to design, implement, and manage rule based decisioning tools to identify potential opportunities/risks associated with network availability and performance. In addition, this team is responsible for monitoring daily system/network performance via various QA/QC reports. The incumbent will develop and implement automated rule-based decisioning to drive network optimization decisions specific to provider justification. Subsequent provider actions will be executed via automated processes and communications designed by the team. This Director will lead a team of Vendor Performance Managers responsible for vendor decisions specific to access and inclusion in Assurant Service Network. Also, they will lead a team of client support specialists responsible for various administrative functions. Finally, this position will own the configuration of various Assurant dispatch platforms and the management of solution partners. This position will report directly to AVP, In-Home Service Delivery. What will be my responsibilities for this position? Direct team of 7 individuals responsible for Service Delivery Network capacity, optimization, and performance. (20%) Develop Dispatch Decisioning Rules and Processes across Service Platforms (50%) Partners with Systems, Operations and Account Teams to determine optimal support models. (20%) Respond to RFP/RFQ, on-board new programs/clients and perform other duties as assigned and contribute to the success of Assurant Solutions. (10%) What are the requirements needed for this position? A minimum of 10 years’ senior operations, supply chain and service delivery management experience 7+ years of experience leading national customer facing sales, service, and operations solutions Substantial knowledge and experience with logistics, supply chain including retail sales, service operations, RFP/RFQs, evaluation of bids, supplier evaluation, negotiation, selection and contracts Demonstrated success in a service operations leadership role in with both wireless and in-home industry experience Demonstrated ability to manage the P&L of a multi-million-dollar business Proven ability to build and manage team of inspired individuals Advanced problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage within a rapidly changing, high intensity business environment Proven effective communications skills leveraged internally and with external clients Proven ability to develop and communicate complex concepts Excellent analytical skills Demonstrated project development and completion skills Demonstrated strategic planning and financial projection skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Logistics and/or equivalent experience MBA Preferred Rapid Change, high intensity environment Travel up to 25% #AssurantProudMS Pay Range: $103,800.00 - $173,300.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position. Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years’ senior operations, supply chain and service delivery management experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading national customer facing sales, service, and operations solutions
