This includes developing and executing a national channel strategy aligned with business unit objectives, ensuring strong market coverage, profitable growth, and elevated partner performance. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical and commercial acumen in off-highway/mobile applications, strong business judgment, strategic planning capability, and team leadership experience.
