We are looking for a Director, Monetization to lead the strategies designed to convert prospects, free users, and lapsed customers to McAfee’s products. This role is responsible for developing and launching strategies around winback tactics, free-to-paid conversion levers, converting mid-funnel traffic, and landing page optimization across the business. This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area or commutable distance of one of our hubs i.e. Frisco, TX or San Jose, CA or Newport Beach, CA. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location. This leader will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of monetization initiatives, unlocking incremental revenue through experimentation, pricing and promotion optimization, funnel improvements, and partner collaboration across Product, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll guide a high-performing team of seasoned managers, scale operational rigor, and drive a prioritized roadmap that balances near-term growth with long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and has a deep understanding of subscription business models and conversion mechanics.
