Modern Health is seeking a Director of Member Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs. This role is consumer-first, focusing on driving member awareness, activation, and long-term engagement across the mental health benefit platform. The Director will own the full member journey from enrollment through sustained engagement, building industry-leading omni-channel campaigns grounded in behavioral science to motivate meaningful behavior change. This position involves leading and developing a team of lifecycle marketers and collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, and clinical teams to continuously enhance member connection to care.
