This role spans internal training, external education, and global curriculum development, ensuring consistency, clinical excellence, and alignment with global regulatory and ethical standards. The incumbent will partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and regional teams to deliver scalable, innovative programs for internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong clinical background
  • 8-10+ years in medical education, clinical training, or related roles within MedTech or healthcare
  • Proven experience designing global training programs and engaging KOLs
  • Deep understanding of cardiovascular therapies and interventional procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Advanced degree
  • Cath Lab and/or Interventional Cardiology experience
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on clinical expertise and passion for education
  • Skilled at building relationships with physicians and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, global matrix environment
  • Innovative mindset leveraging digital tools and modern learning methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across regions and functions

Responsibilities

  • Establish governance and SOPs for global training and education programs, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and regional bodies and codes.
  • Drive innovation in education delivery through digital tools, immersive technologies, and scalable frameworks.
  • Monitor program effectiveness using competency assessments, adoption metrics, and compliance audits.
  • Serve as the global point of contact for internal and external education initiatives, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
