Job Summary Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction across the full pre-sales planning process, partnering closely with internal and external sales teams to develop thoughtful, data-driven media strategies that drive business impact. Accountable for translating company vision and revenue priorities into a clear planning roadmap, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives, yield principles, and operational standards. Leads a large organization through change, fostering an inclusive culture and building strong leadership capabilities at all levels. Provides guidance across multiple functional areas, manages managers and senior professionals, and ensures resources are aligned to achieve financial, operational, and strategic goals. Influences, shapes, and integrates planning strategy for the broader organization.
