Chime is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Technology to lead and scale our centralized MarTech organization across paid acquisition, web, lifecycle, and member engagement. This leader will own the strategy, architecture, and operations of Chime’s marketing technology ecosystem—spanning paid media technology, CMS, CRM and lifecycle platforms, DAM and brand systems, internal communications tooling, and AI-powered marketing enablement tools. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data. The Director of MarTech will ensure Chime’s marketing technology enables faster execution, deeper personalization, stronger governance, and scalable growth across the full member lifecycle—from acquisition through LTV expansion, product attach, and ongoing engagement. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $224,000 and up to $310,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
