The Director of Marketing Technology and Data will lead the implementation, and management of the company's marketing tech stack to enable data-driven personalization and growth, bridging IT and Marketing by overseeing data infrastructure, platform integrations, vendor management, and analytics to boost customer engagement and ROI, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership for scalable, high-impact solutions. This position drives the strategic management of the Bank’s digital platforms and related components. Leads digital platform innovations through an understanding of macro trends within and outside the financial services industry impacting client behaviors and expectations. Collaborates with channel managers, business leaders, and other key stakeholders on a digital platform road map that delivers a superior, consistent client experience across all Bank channels. Positions the Bank to attract and retain targeted client segments through competitive digital initiatives. Identifies and utilizes vendors that can augment existing platforms or capabilities. Develops business plans, policies, and procedures as appropriate to enhance client engagement and platform performance.
