We are looking for a strategic Director of Marketing Operations to build and scale the systems, analytics, and operating cadence that will power our next stage of B2B SaaS growth. This is a leadership role for a data-driven expert who excels at operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead a small, high-impact team dedicated to building a scalable, efficient, and predictable marketing engine. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing technology stack and its data, from lead flow and funnel integrity to attribution, forecasting, and performance insights. You will be a critical partner to Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, Data Analytics, and Finance, working hand-in-glove to align on GTM strategy. Your mission is to translate complex data into a predictable pipeline, leveraging scalable systems, automation, and innovative practices to accelerate both acquisition and expansion growth.
