The Director, Marketing Digital Operations, will be pivotal in advancing BMS’s Rewire Marketing approach, championing the development and execution of a best-in-class, AI-driven marketing digital platforms. This leader will shape, drive, and implement the marketing technologies needed to realize our AI Commercialization vision. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing & Launch Excellence, the role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, especially around commercial launches, marketing fundamentals and digital expertise. This individual will be responsible for leading the adoption and embedding across brand team of innovative digital/AI capabilities to support brand teams in decision making. This role will also work closely across the brand teams, AOR and other 3rd party partners to identify innovative digital tools that integrate into key business process and further support brand teams in effective and accelerated decision making to shape brand strategy aligned to re-wiring marketing. This role will closely partner with the Senior Director of Brand & Launch Excellence, Executive Director of Marketing Tech Evolution, IT and priority brand teams. The role will have 2 direct reports that focus on the evolution of the Launch Excellence Playbook along with a team of SAM AI (Strategic Asset Management AI Platform) Content Managers. Success in this role hinges on an ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, influence stakeholders at every level, and balance commercial priorities with technical requirements to accelerate marketing performance and position BMS as a leader in AI/digital driven commercialization.
