The Director, Marketing–Cross Sell will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth by leading the strategy and execution of cross‑sell and upsell marketing initiatives across both consumer‑owned and partner channels. This role will shape end‑to‑end channel and customer journey strategies—delivering the right offers, messaging, and experiences at the right moments—to increase conversion, engagement, and retention while preserving a seamless core customer experience. As a highly collaborative leader, this role will partner closely with Product, Operations, IT, Analytics, UX, Account Management, Growth Marketing, and agency partners to uncover opportunities and deliver high‑impact initiatives. The Director will influence and optimize owned and partner‑managed experiences across web, digital claims, account, and other consumer‑facing platforms, translating insights into scalable solutions that accelerate performance and measurable business results.
