In the Director, Marketing – Building Solutions position, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for one of Direct Supply’s most strategic technology-driven businesses. You’ll translate complex, tech-enabled offerings—including Aptura, TELS, and Capital—into compelling narratives that build trust, drive adoption, and fuel growth. This senior leadership role shapes enterprise strategy, orchestrates integrated campaigns, and influences key investment decisions, all while guiding a team of modern marketers to position Direct Supply as a forward-looking, platform-led partner in the Senior Living industry. Skills Needed: Builds & Drives Strategy – Crafts a visionary DS 2.0 roadmap for a Corporate Function, securing Executive and team endorsement for future directions and projects. Sharpens the Function's OKRs for laser-focused execution of strategic goals. Champions Innovation – Propels teams to unlock value with cutting-edge, tech-enabled innovations.
