About The Position

As the Director, Manufacturing, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all US & Canadian manufacturing operations; serve as a key member of the North America Leadership Team; ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while delivering high‑quality products and supporting business growth.

Your most critical deliverables for this role are:

Accountable for a safe and secure work environment across all plant facilities
Partners with MD, NA and VP, Engineering to define NA manufacturing strategy; oversees execution to achieve designated KPIs
Mentors and empowers plant managers and engineering teams, with specific focus on change management and risk mitigation
Manages engineering budgets, standardization efforts, and process engineering for new product introduction
Partners with R&D to evaluate process impacts, and quality requirements before scale‑up
Oversees Lean initiatives, systems improvements, and process standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 15+ years in compounding and continuous manufacturing process experience across multiple facilities
• Track record of balancing functional expertise with business unit leadership responsibilities.
• Superior influence and collaboration skills
• Proven Lean Manufacturing experience
• Deep knowledge of production operations, equipment, and processes
• Experience leading organizational or process change
• Willingness to travel 40–50% domestically
