About The Position

Citizens Capital Markets is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our Structured Products team. This individual will be responsible for distributing structured products across a diverse institutional client base, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and insurance companies.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in structured products sales or related capital markets role.
Strong understanding of fixed income markets and structured products.
Deep market knowledge, including rating agency methodology, across a diverse array of asset classes.
Proven track record of client development and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain promptly).

Nice To Haves

Existing client relationships across structured products.
Experience with Bloomberg and CRM tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients focused on structured products (ABS and CLOs).
Collaborate with trading, syndicate, and banking teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen wallet share.
Provide market intelligence and product updates to clients (investors and issuers) and internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and supervisory requirements, including CJMP attestations.
