As a Restaurant Director you will help lead daily operations of your assigned area. You will collaborate with team members and other restaurant leads to ensure performance goals are achieved through excellent communication and motivation. As one of several restaurant operations leads you will work along side other Restaurant Operations Leads in a team model. Principle focus areas include leading the team in customer service, food accuracy, food safety, cash handling, staff placement, ensuring efficient flow of operation to meet demand.
