Key Responsibilities: Develop Organizational & Leadership Strategies: Create and implement strategies for leadership and organizational development. Ensure these strategies align with company goals. Design Learning Programs: Create and manage training programs that help employees grow and meet company needs. Integrate various learning formats like in-person sessions, digital content, and coaching. · Enhance Employee Experience: Lead initiatives for onboarding and early experiences at Arhaus to align with our company values and standards. Evaluate and Improve Training Impact: Manage tools and platforms to deliver training seamlessly. Set metrics to track and report on the impact of training programs. Collaborate on Future Goals: Partner with HR and other leaders to align training with company needs and trends. Manage vendor relationships to enhance learning solutions. Requirements: 10+ years in organizational or leadership development, preferably in a premium or high-growth industry. 7+ years of experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders. Experience in designing relevant and engaging training programs. Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all company levels. Capable of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
