About The Position

The Director, Leadership Development & Culture is responsible for shaping and scaling Envision’s enterprise approach to leadership development and culture. This role translates organizational strategy, purpose, and values into clear leadership expectations, development standards, and experiences that build both leadership and business capability across clinician leaders and indirect patient care leaders. This role provides enterprise direction for how leaders are developed at Envision, ensuring leadership development efforts are practical, scalable, and aligned to the realities of operating in a complex healthcare environment. The Director partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure leadership development supports organizational performance, stability, and long-term growth.
