About The Position

As the System Director IT Security Provisioning at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for managing the solutions specific to areas of responsibility including full life cycle management, from strategic planning, deployment, and maintenance of the launch of solutions and platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, contributing to growth of the organization, promotion of patient and user experience and creating innovative solutions with operations, fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to align technology solutions to the goals of the system, promoting the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, budgeting, and management/administrative tasks assigned. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science, or a relevant related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries.
  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with efficiency.
  • Significant domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify, plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong personal and ethical accountability
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving / issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise implementation of Endeavor Health Role Based Access with corresponding operational workflows.
  • Establish and maintain business relationship with key stakeholders, including HR, Epic, and Business Applications.
  • Lead development of strategic roadmaps to automate provisioning process, including implementation of IGA solution.
  • Establish oversight for Digital Certificate Management process, Multi Factor Authentication process, Single Sign-On process and others.
  • Drives end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and developing and leading teams for high performance outcomes.
  • Provides direction for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing, and support.
  • Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user requirements; identifies business requirements to guide specifications for ease of business operations.
  • Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with key stakeholders about priority and workload.
  • Develops strong partnerships with other fellow leaders to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems and solutions are achieving or exceeding the needs of Endeavor Health.
  • Mentors’ direct reports through oversight of activities such as: Capital and Operating budgets, policy and procedure development and maintenance, talent management and acquisition, sustaining relationships with operational stakeholders, governance activities, and other duties as assigned .
  • Remains updated on latest technologies available in the market and promotes the implementation of relevant technologies.
  • Participates in industry related organizations, such as HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM / XGM, VMWare World, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate and actively participate across functional components led by other leaders, ensuring overlaps and touch points are seamless, effective, efficient and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Supports business operations while improving access and provisioning processes and tools.
  • Manage, coach and develop IT Security provisioning team.
  • Contribute to the annual Security Plan, create project plans and timelines, and keep project deadlines, which may include motivating participants to stay on schedule.
  • Recommend viable solutions to improve systems and processes.
  • Make recommendations for policy changes pertaining to Information Security as business needs change, and applications are enhanced.
