About The Position

We are looking for a Director of Program Management who can operate at the intersection of large-scale enterprise transformation, AI-powered delivery, and hands-on innovation leadership. You will run mission-critical AI programs — with help of Tiger Team initiatives to enterprise-wide data platform rollouts — while simultaneously leading the EA Innovation Lab as its executive sponsor and operational driver. You bring three things in equal measure: the discipline to run complex, matrixed transformation programs with rigor and accountability; the forward-lean to use AI as an active lever in how you manage them; and the creative energy to build an innovation engine that turns emerging ideas into enterprise-grade capabilities.
