Highgate maintains corporate offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle. www.highgate.com Location Highgate Corporate Offices Irving, TX Overview Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects), OCI, and OIC, prioritizing outcomes, usability, performance, and compliance. Act as the single-threaded owner for application capabilities: define vision, write epics/user stories, maintain backlog, Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and measure impact through KPIs. Lead quarterly release planning and change management across SaaS and PaaS; ensure regression testing, business sign-offs, and production readiness. Drive integration architecture and standards on OIC (APIs, adapters, patterns, monitoring); partner with vendors and internal teams to modernize file-based loads to event/API-driven flows. Own production stability: triage incidents, managing SLAs, and lead root-cause analysis with offshore/onshore partners; implement observability, error handling, and proactive monitoring. Champion data quality and control design for month-end processes; coordinate with Accounting and Data Services on close calendars, reconciliations, and audit readiness (SOX). Partner with stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Hotels) to capture requirements, map end-to-end processes, and deliver iterative enhancements. Manage vendor relationships and SOWs; track budgets and value realization for implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. Establish governance: standards, documentation, security roles, access reviews, and lifecycle management across environments (Dev/Test/Prod). Mentor business and partner resources; build a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric delivery. Lead experiments and rollout of AI Agents on Oracle Cloud (e.g., OCI Generative AI Agents, Oracle Digital Assistant, APEX AI Assistant) to automate finance and operations use cases. Design and productize agent “tooling” by exposing OIC integrations and ERP services to agents; define guardrails, observability, and fallback paths for safe automation. Measure agent impact (touchless invoices, automated reconciliations, exception triage) and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Highgate’s AI policy and risk controls.

Requirements

  • Degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business or ERP certifications + equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in enterprise applications or product management; 4+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud and OIC/OCI.
  • Hands-on with ERP configurations, role/security design, FRS/OTBI/BI reporting, and integration patterns.
  • Experience running Agile ceremonies, writing user stories, and maintaining product backlogs.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance/Operations; strong stakeholder management.
  • Background in audit/compliance (SOX), change management, testing, and release management.
  • Vendor/SOW management experience; ability to lead offshore/onshore teams and drive SLA performance.
  • Leading multi-country, multi-entity global rollouts of Oracle ERP Cloud, including phased deployment waves and regional cutovers.
  • Experience building or leveraging AI Agents in Oracle Cloud (e.g., configuring OCI GenAI Agents, designing OIC-backed tools, deploying Oracle Digital Assistant etc.) to improve ERP workflows.
  • Designing and rationalizing complex BU configurations—data access sets, security roles, hierarchies, approvals, and cross-entity reporting.
  • Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign/migrations and alignment to global reporting standards; experience with multi-ledger, multi-currency.
  • Orchestrating end-to-end UAT and release readiness across time zones with business sign-offs and regression suites.
