About The Position

Candidates residing in the following states will be considered for remote employment: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Remote work will not be permitted from any other state at this time. This position is a critical resource in the design, integration, and governance of ERP application architecture across Oracle Fusion. This role leads the strategic design of ERP systems architecture including finance, supply chain, and human resources modules. The ERP Architect partners with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the ERP environment is scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with organizational goals. The ERP Architect provides technical leadership across ERP programs, influences system design decisions, and ensures system optimization and innovation. This position works under the supervision of the Director of ERPM and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, information systems, engineering or other related area or equivalent background and experience is required.
  • 5 Years Experience working in ERP application architecture, design, or technical leadership roles OR Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including finance, supply chain, or human resources modules is required.
  • Experience leading or supporting ERP design in healthcare or complex enterprise environments and Knowledge of ERP integration platforms, middleware, and APIs required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and maintain enterprise ERP application architecture that meets scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Act as technical lead and subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion ERP applications, integrations, and data flows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and sustainable ERP designs that align with operational goals and business needs.
  • Ensure alignment of system design with enterprise data architecture, security standards, and IT governance policies.
  • Conduct evaluations of new ERP features and capabilities; provide recommendations and roadmaps for adoption.
  • Develop architectural frameworks, best practices, and technical guidelines for ERP implementations and enhancements.
  • Support integration design and development across other enterprise systems such as EHR, payroll, and budgeting tools.
  • Participate in vendor management and technology evaluations related to ERP ecosystems.
  • Support application rationalization efforts and provide architectural leadership in modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
