Job Description Reporting to the VP, Investment Analytics, you will create impact within our Investment Analytics team, a broad and diverse team within the Paid Media Practice encompassing Marketing Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Visualization specialists. You will be the main point of contact for clients on all analytics related issues, and manage a team of Data planning and BI team members. Be seen as the team's first port of call for daily marketing analytics enquiries, while driving the long term strategic vision of your client's measurement framework, testing agenda, and dash boarding solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • Experience working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insights
  • Familiarity with understanding customer needs and translating them into technical requirements and solutions
  • Can design compelling data visualizations for different partner levels
  • Proficient knowledge of digital activation and understanding of the levers a digital marketer may pull to influence marketing outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and partners to clarify goals, and timings to define dash boarding solutions; Cover data sources, data collection, schema and visual design.
  • Work with the Sales & Partnerships team and other capabilities to present the benefits of Tableau and other BI tools and their features to prospects and existing clients, depending on their challenges.
  • Help design collateral and processes to develop the practice further and improve the product portfolio.
  • Define a measurement framework that is reflective of account strategies by identifying the proper data sources and Measurements in consideration of our goals and illustrate campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies and deeper analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to solve recurring client challenges and improve the product portfolio.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
