About The Position

As a Director of International Marketing, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth by providing world-class service to our international casino guests. This role is all about combining business acumen with cultural understanding to deliver tailored, unforgettable experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Korean is required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while balancing profitability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across cultures.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a luxury resort or similar hospitality setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with international casino guests, evaluating play and providing corresponding incentives such as rooms, dining, event tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare, or discounts.
  • Manage customer reservations and trip details using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and Patron Management systems.
  • Partner with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives, and property leaders to deliver seamless experiences for in-house guests.
  • Make critical business decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps, balancing profitability with exceptional service.
  • Attend and host special event functions to enhance relationships and promote brand loyalty.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and ensure compliance with local laws, Title 31, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional, customer-focused manner.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer relationships and business development.
