About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Intensive Youth & Family Services! Southeast Ohio Region Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The Intensive Youth & Family Services Director provides oversight for a portfolio of intensive home-based services, behavioral health respite, IFAST, and emerging service lines. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance, program effectiveness, and a unified approach to person-centered care. The Director works closely with county leadership to help guide a team of clinical practitioners and paraprofessionals and drive improvements that support strong outcomes for youth and families served. The pay range for this position is $91,225.00-$112,500.00 annually, based on experience

Requirements

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent is required
  • A bachelors degree in behavioral health or a related field is required
  • 8 years of experience in behavioral health, child and family services, or related fields is required
  • 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field is required
  • The ability to maintain quality across complex programs is required
  • The ability to lead cross-system team-building activities is required
  • Knowledge of community service systems is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
  • Excellent organizational skills are required
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required
  • An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
  • Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
  • The ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
  • The ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection is required
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Nice To Haves

  • A masters degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience with IHBT, IFAST, respite services, or evidence-based family interventions is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides indirect oversight of operations and programmatic activity across IHBT, IFAST, behavioral health respite, and additional service lines through a team of program experts
  • Ensure programmatic compliance and fidelity with all regulatory, contractual, and evidence-based model requirements
  • Provides regular supervision, evaluation, and consultation to the team
  • Ensures the development, implementation, and refinement of standardized processes and procedures that create efficiencies, ensure fidelity, and improve access and outcomes
  • Drives program effectiveness through development and continuous improvement strategies focused on performance, quality assurance, and fiscal sustainability
  • Ensure teams are complying with ISBH procedures, quality standards, and regulatory and contractual obligations, and are providing high-quality and respectful service to clients
  • Adapts to evolving needs, shifting policies, and emerging priorities, effectively managing ambiguity and guiding teams through change
  • Develops and maintains high-level relationships with local and state stakeholders
  • Uses data to support the intentional strengthening and/or expansion of programs across counties served by ISBH
  • Participates in strategic planning and contributes to organizational decision-making related to expansion of services, integrations of new evidence-based practices, and development of new service lines and programs.
  • Travels within the designated service area
