About The Position

The Intensive Youth and Family team partners with families during times of heightened need, when challenges such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance-use, family conflict, aggression, or involvement with the legal system are impacting daily life. Our work is grounded in the belief that with right level of support, families can heal, grow, and thrive together. When youth experience complex behavioral or mental health needs, increased therapeutic services can be lifechanging. Intensive Youth and Family provides evidence-based interventions that strengthen families, promote safety and stability in the home, and help prevent hospitalization, out-of-home placement, and incarceration. Our comprehensive continuum of care includes intensive in-home services, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and the 180° Youth Outpatient Program Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), and the Day Reporting Center (DRC). This one-of-a-kind position will support both our 180° Youth Outpatient Program and our Day Report Center. Both positions help children, teens, and families build the skills needed to support positive mental health, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience, so they can feel confident, connected, and hopeful about life. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
