We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Marketing Operations to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This role is located in New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, operations, campaign management, or marketing strategy roles, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record implementing enterprise marketing systems, e.g., Workfront
  • Strong background in process design, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent data literacy, with the ability to connect reporting and analytics to business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence and strategic problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term vision for marketing and communications operations, ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment to business and brand objectives
  • Serve as the department’s lead for Workfront strategy and adoption, driving integration, governance, and process standardization across global teams
  • Oversee process design and operational frameworks that improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability across campaign activation, reporting and resource management
  • Partner with planning and analytics teams to enable enterprise-level visibility into marketing capacity, prioritization, and performance
  • Drive executive reporting and dashboards that connect marketing activity to business outcomes, providing actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing technology and data teams to optimize the end-to-end ecosystem – including Workfront, CRM, analytics, and reporting tools – to enable seamless workflows and measurement
  • Establish KPIs and performance frameworks that benchmark operational health and guide continuous improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating operational data and insights into recommendations that influence decision-making, investments and resource allocation
