The position of Director of Inside Sales at Jitterbit is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about sales and team success. In this fully remote role, you'll oversee the North America ISR sales team, guiding small deals and personnel management to drive outstanding results. You will also manage the North American BDR team. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of sales management experience and a stellar track record in sales, ranking in the top 5%-10% of their peers over at least 5 years. If you have a knack for capturing and expanding SMB accounts, hunting outbound leads, you’ll thrive here. Reporting to the VP of NOAM Sales, your main goal will be to surpass quotas by winning new SMB logos, expanding existing accounts and propelling your BDR team to hit and exceed SQL monthly targets. You'll collaborate with talented Marketing, Product Management, Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success teams. Plus, you'll lead our outbound lead generation efforts for NOAM and work closely with marketing on inbound opportunities.
