About The Position

The position of Director of Inside Sales at Jitterbit is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about sales and team success. In this fully remote role, you'll oversee the North America ISR sales team, guiding small deals and personnel management to drive outstanding results. You will also manage the North American BDR team. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of sales management experience and a stellar track record in sales, ranking in the top 5%-10% of their peers over at least 5 years. If you have a knack for capturing and expanding SMB accounts, hunting outbound leads, you’ll thrive here. Reporting to the VP of NOAM Sales, your main goal will be to surpass quotas by winning new SMB logos, expanding existing accounts and propelling your BDR team to hit and exceed SQL monthly targets. You'll collaborate with talented Marketing, Product Management, Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success teams. Plus, you'll lead our outbound lead generation efforts for NOAM and work closely with marketing on inbound opportunities. Requirements

  • B2B technology sales for 5+ years with significant experience in SMB and a track record of over-achievement against your assigned quotas.
  • Your experience includes at least 3 years of sales management overseeing teams that sell into an existing customer base
  • Operate strategically and tactically without daily direction from a manager
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a remote work environment
  • You compete to win but are smart enough to exit a losing situation and coach your team to do the same
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, which will enable you to quickly learn the Jitterbit sales methodology.
  • Your first task will be a combination of learning the sales process, product positioning and value proposition, as well as a high-level understanding of Jitterbit technology
  • Naturally inquisitive and while perhaps the most difficult task, seek to understand and solve business problems
  • 4-year college degree or similar, demonstrable life skills

  • Identify and cultivate leadership potential within the team by offering tailored development opportunities and mentoring programs.
  • Develop and Optimize Sales Processes: Design and implement scalable and repeatable inside sales processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.
  • Knowledge Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a centralized repository for training materials, best practices, and resources accessible to all team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Coaching and Development: Build and implement coaching programs to enhance team skills, improve performance, and develop future sales leaders.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data-driven insights to monitor progress, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on campaigns, lead generation, and customer feedback.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Attract, hire, and retain top talent while creating pathways for career advancement within the team.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring the sales team delivers value-driven solutions and maintains a high level of service quality.
