About The Position

Paris Brothers is a Kansas City–based, family-owned business operating across coffee roasting and packaging, consumer packaged goods distribution, 3PL warehousing, and café/retail environments. This includes networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, telecommunications, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity controls. This role does not own business applications (ERP, HRIS, WMS, CRM, POS), but partners closely with application owners and operational leaders to ensure the underlying infrastructure supports manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and café operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical depth, operational awareness, and executive-level communication skills.
