The Director of Technology Exam and Findings Management will be accountable for reducing Regulatory risk for Technology at American Express and will be responsible for managing all Technology owned or impacted exams, audits and reviews, and ensuring the subject matter experts can demonstrate and articulate the rigor and controls performed and executed by the Technology organization. This leader will also track all open findings, Management Action Plans (MAP), Matters Requiring Attention (MRA), and other regulatory or audit actions across Technology. The successful candidate will collaborate across lines of defense and organizations to manage, track, and report on fieldwork activity and open actions from audits, reviews, and/or exams. The successful candidate will also provide consultative services on drafting MSIFs and findings remediation plans in collaboration with Technology SMEs. This position will report into the Vice President of Regional Information Security and Tech Supervisory Engagement within the Technology Risk & Information Security (TRIS) organization.
