About The Position

Findings and Issues Management Analyst Role summary Supports the Findings and Issues Management manager by maintaining high-integrity tracking, evidence organization, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-through for findings/issues impacting FCC Products. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate findings/issues records, including severity, ownership, milestones, and due dates; enforce hygiene standards. Track action items, dependencies, and blockers; drive follow-ups and escalate risks to the manager when needed. Assemble evidence packages for closure (test results, approvals, control artifacts) and ensure artifacts are retrievable. Produce recurring status reporting for leadership, including aging views, slippage drivers, and key risks. Support governance forums: agendas, minutes, decision logs, and action tracking. Coordinate responses to audit/risk information requests with Product, IT, and Compliance stakeholders. Identify patterns across findings/issues (repeat themes, systemic drivers) and propose insights for problem management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in governance operations, remediation tracking, PMO, product ops, or technology risk coordination (banking experience preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Strong writing and organization skills; able to create crisp summaries and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Comfort with tooling such as JIRA/Confluence and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI or similar).
